Economy of  impessions — full-cycle retail development: from concept to operations management. The company operates outside of the mass market, creating niche premium projects where key value is a unique experience that cannot be replicated by pattern. The focus is not just on architecture, but also on how people inhabit space.
about the project
At the heart of the project is the connection of two layers: architecture as a physical environment and impressions as an intangible experience. We viewed the identity as a system capable of retaining this duality — a strict, structured structure and at the same time perceptual variability. At this intersection came the metaphor of neural architecture — an environment in which impressions are not predetermined, but formed through connections and interactions.

Visual language is built on the image of neural connections and synapses — as a system within which experience is formed.
The logo is a monogram of "EI" collected into a single sign. It functions as the basic cell of a system, the junction from which all visual logic is constructed. The patterns develop this principle. We have created a client’s template to create for each project its own unique graphic drawing, its "synapse" reflecting the nature of the space and the experience that the development team is building in it.

Typography balances structure and expressiveness: the graphic grotto sets the foundation and readability, and the lettering with markings is used precisely, adding depth and emphasis. The color palette is built on calm natural hues — gray, earthy, terracotta. It does not distract, but keeps the attention, allowing architecture and the experience of space to unfold.

As a result, branding works as a flexible system that scales from project to project while maintaining integrity and reflecting their differences.

It was important for us to move away from direct and obvious decisions immediately. We wanted to find a language that could work not only with architecture, but also with what one feels inside space. In the process, it became clear that this is not about one image, but about a system that can evolve with projects. This is exactly what we were missing at the beginning.
