The goal was to create a signature gastropub style that would reflect the unique interior design built on the integration of engravings and graphics by M. Escher, P. Breigel.
The accent red color and wandering on the picturesque canvas foxes, became the main symbol of the restaurant.
We have created an identity based on perception paradoxes
and deep references to classical graphics. The visual system plays off the tension between the strict structure and illusory movement, referring to the aesthetics of Escher and Bruegel. The red fox has become an expressive symbol of the brand — a moving, living element appearing on carriers with a sense of irony. Identity complements the interior, turning visual communication into a game
with space and attention.
